As someone who has always battled weight, I needed to find a PT who was invested in improving my long-term future health. At my age (49) I didn’t want to pay a PT to stand around and watch me on cardio equipment - I can do that in my own time, for free.

Martin has spent the last five (5) months managing a customised program, suited to my life stage, that has focused on core strength and flexibility, and he has supported my journey of weight loss, through mentoring and discipline. Martin has to be hands down one of the best trainers I have ever worked with. In every session I felt supported not only through each exercise, but supported in an overall sense. Martin genuinely cares about his clients. For me it’s amazing not only to see results (which you get when working with him), but to be heard throughout.

I loved how he really took the time to explain each exercise in order to make the most out of the movements but also to ensure you avoided injury.
